Backwoods Bed And Bath Hotel - McGregor

Dirty sheets and hair on the bed.

Everything was perfectly fine, the staff were efficient and the location was wonderful. Location: the hotel was not far from a restaurant and saloon and the downtown district with local shops and most things in Mcgreggor. It also was in the area for hiking.

The rooms with good view, full kitchen sink and a single bed. Incredible central location, close to historical McGregor, great restaurants, shopping and bars and the Mississippi.

Cozy Escapade with Delicious Eats!

The cozy atmosphere reminded me of home. Enjoyed delicious pulled pork from a local eatery. The room was simple and comfy, but ensure you like firmer beds. Don't let outside bugs deter you, this little town is charming!

My previous stay was a bit disappointing, but backwoods really was great with its cozy atmosphere and comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful.

But seriously, I didn't sign up for a dirty coffee pot-what was that, a science experiment? It was so grimy, I half expected it to start talking back!

I enjoyed the quaint and cozy atmosphere at Backwoods Bed And Bath, with its charming decor that reflects the history of the place. The staff were helpful.

This place is just a proper fit for short visits in McGregor with very good value for money. The bed sheets were clean, a relief. Make sure to stop by the Kwik Trip next door for snacks and coffee.

Dust covered the furniture, and the coffee pot was unusable due to grime. The bathroom situation was also less than ideal, which detracted from the overall enjoyment of the stay. Still, the hot food selection was a nice touch during breakfast.

I stayed in a spacious room that had an inviting cozy atmosphere. The location was unbeatable, right next to the downtown district with local shops and restaurants. I enjoyed the hot shower and comfortable bed, but the bathroom could have used a little more attention to cleanliness.

The room was so spacious and clean, The cozy patio overlooking the town was the perfect spot to unwind after a long day of exploring. Plus, the restaurant downstairs served some of the best comfort food I've ever had-definitely try the burgers!

Room had a fridge and coffee maker, but it was dirty and no cups provided.

The whole place was tidy with pleasant views and a magnificent location on the river. The staff were accommodating and knew the area. The room was tastefully decorated and had a fridge and a stove. The comfortable decor and an exceptionally comfortable bed made for a fairly nice stay.
